What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone number, and anything you share in a form: home-search preferences, property details, timelines, messages, and appointment requests.
- Automatic basics — standard website analytics such as pages visited, device type, and general location, used to make the site better.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, and provide real estate services you request.
- To send listing alerts, market updates, and newsletters when you ask for them.
- To keep our own records organized in our customer relationship management system.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other agents or advertisers. It stays between you, Jessica, and the service providers that power this site.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and — with your consent — listings and market updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing never affects transactional messages about an active inquiry or transaction.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors to operate this site, our forms, our booking calendars, and our CRM. They process your information solely to provide those services to us. Listing search links open our brokerage's MLS search website, which has its own privacy practices.
Your choices

- Opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link) at any time.
